Nestled just a stone's throw away from the sea and a mere 800 meters from the charming village of Gaios, this luxury villa is a true gem. The villa is a two-storey, stone-built haven, boasting four spacious bedrooms and a private pool.

The villa is set within large gardens, dotted with trees and organic products that guests can use for salads and cooking. The ground floor exterior is dominated by a large pool, surrounded by a wooden deck. Large terraces with loungers and sitting areas can be found on the verandas of both floors, offering fantastic sea views. The verandas are shaded, with a pergola on the ground floor and awnings on both the upper and lower floor verandas.

As you step into the villa, you are greeted by an open plan living area on the ground floor. This space houses a comfortable lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest WC is also conveniently located on this floor. The ground floor is home to a large bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. An adjacent guest room, with a separate entrance, houses twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This room provides direct access to the pool area.

The first floor of the villa is equally impressive, featuring a cozy sitting area and two additional bedrooms. One bedroom houses a double bed, while the other has twin beds. Both bedrooms come with en suite bathrooms with showers. Each room opens out onto a large veranda, complete with loungers and breathtaking sea views.

The villa is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. It is equipped with satellite TV, a CD player, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, a garden BBQ is available, along with an outdoor shower.

Included in your stay is a housekeeping service, available six days per week (Sunday off). Linen and towels are changed twice weekly, and a meet and greet service is provided upon arrival.
