The spacious and well-equipped kitchen includes two dishwashers, two fridge/freezers and a professional slicer.

The covered outdoor dining area seats 12 and has a gas barbecue.

The house is also equipped with two washing machines.

Outdoors

Outside there is a one-hectare garden with orange, lemon and fig trees. There are floodlit paths for easy walking. The infinity pool (20 m x 20 m) offers sea views and is surrounded by sofas, sun loungers and a pergola. Two low gates ensure children's safety.

The outdoor areas can be illuminated to prolong relaxation in the evening.

Located near San Agustin, the villa is 4 km from the village, where there is a grocery shop and essential amenities. San Josep and San Antonio offer a wider range of services nearby. Beaches such as Cala Bassa and Cala Comta are just a few kilometres away.
