The villa is located in the town of Sainte-Anne, in a residential area on the coast road, just 700 meters from the Residence Pierre & Vacances and its very pretty beach accessible to all. In Grande-Terre of Guadeloupe, this very pretty holiday home has a superb location with a view of the sea from the terrace and its garden.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. This vacation rental surrounded by its pretty flower garden is completely fenced and secured by a gate, so you can park your rental car there. About 500 meters on foot from the house, there is a small path in the undergrowth allowing you to reach the seaside and walk to the Pierre & Vacances beach while enjoying the beauty of the landscape.
The villa is about 35 minutes from Pointe-à-Pitre airport and halfway between the town of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François where you will find all the amenities (restaurants, mini-markets, bakery), the marina of Saint-François and its many shops, the market on the seafront of Sainte-Anne or the fish market of Saint-François.
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which has two twin beds. Two bedrooms have a double bed. For your comfort, the three bedrooms are equipped with a mosquito net. Two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower while the third has its own private bathroom with shower and WC.
The spacious and fully equipped kitchen offers a superb view of the garden, the terrace and the sea. Indeed it offers all the necessary comfort to cook during your holidays in Guadeloupe as if you were at home: Citrus press, large plan work, American fridge, filter coffee maker, oven, microwave etc.
The spacious living room gives access to the sublime terrace facing the sea. It is equipped with several relaxation areas allowing you to fully enjoy your stay in Guadeloupe. On the terrace you will find a large table for taking your meals and two very cozy outdoor lounges. From your terrace a small step will lead you to the deck surrounding the pretty swimming pool. You will also have an outdoor shower at the corner of your swimming pool.
We love the garden and the small gazebo of your vacation villa, equipped with two hammocks to relax in the shade of the Caribbean sun.
By staying at the villa, you benefit from an excellent location to discover the towns of Sainte-Anne and Saint-François in Guadeloupe. You can reach the magnificent and long white sand beach of Bois-Jolan in just five minutes by car.
The unmissable beach in the town of Sainte-Anne is 10 minutes away, completely surrounded by a coral reef, it is ideal for swimming with your children in peace. To get to Pointe-des-Châteaux and taste Jeannette's best coconut sorbet, allow around 15 minutes. From Saint-François you will have the opportunity to practice many water sports such as paddle, jet-ski, kitesurf.
You can also explore the nature reserve of the Petite-Terre islands, reach La Désirade or Marie-Galante. The villa promises you an exotic stay with family or friends, under the Guadeloupe sun.
